Travel does not stand in the way of reading. Well, okay. Sometimes it does. I still managed to finish The Couple Next Door by Canadian author Shari Lapena. The thriller was published in 2016 and it reminds me a little bit of Gone Girl with its many twists and turns. And it even has a bit of a controversial ending, although I consider it genius. Helena’s Secret (The Olive Tree) by Lucinda Riley | Review

I just finished Helenas Geheimnis by Irish author Lucinda Riley. In English the book was published as either Helena’s Secret or The Olive Tree. The paperback version of The Olive Tree is out at the end of July. Lucinda Riley happens to be my favourite author at the moment. I have read nearly all of her book. Only two missing and I have them at home. So far I have not read anything bad from her. Her writing style is usually the same. There are two stories that have something to do with each other. Talking as Fast as I Can by Lauren Graham | Review

You probably know Lauren Graham from the TV-shows Gilmore Girls and Parenthood. I for one grew up with Gilmore Girls, it was one of my favourite shows and I never missed an episode. When the revival was announced last year, I was incredible excited. Shortly after the new Gilmore Girls series, Lauren released her autobiography Talking as Fast as I Can – From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls (and Everything in Between).
